Our personal responsibility in this ministry is 3 folded:
1. we serve as the National Director of Campus Crusade in Hungary
2. we are responsible to lead YTL Hungary and International
3. we are responsible to lead the Strategic Resource Team.
Briefly, what is included in those responsibilities:
1. National Director
Spiritual leading and shepherding our staff.
Setting, giving and overseeing direction to our ministry and to our teams.
Teaching and overseeing biblical purity in our ministry.
Communicating, overseeing, correcting.
Manage the organization.
International connections with our mother-organization.
PR / representing our ministry in the World and in the Body of Christ.
Leading staff events (conferences, staff days, prayer events)
Leading the National Leadership Team.
Participate and help in major outreaches.
Have a personal evangelistic ministry.
2. YTL team director
Organizing the nationwide YTL events, i.e. symposium.
Maintaining the credibility and utilizing the opportunities.
Developing new strategies, tools and ideas.
Resource the international efforts.
Mobilize and train volunteers.
PR - web, publications, materials, printing, etc.
Lecturing, speaking at events.
3. Strategic Resource Team (SRT) director
Financial management - checking the books, overseeing spending of the ministries and staff, budgeting, etc.
Fund-raising -coordinating the ministry fund-raising efforts and lead them; also resource the staff for their personal fund-raising.
Creating tools for fund-raising (web, folders, materials, etc)
Office management - maintaining the building and manage all the details with it (phone system, internet, heating, utilities, repair, equipments, network, printers, clean the office, etc.)
Maintaining in-house website for staff.
In all of that we have to lead a team and are responsible for their well-being, too.
